Salon & Spa Etiquette
Maintaining an environment of tranquility at Gravity Salon & Spa is paramount. We ask that our guests kindly respect and adhere to the following:
- Cell phones are kept on vibrate or silent mode
- Use a "spa voice" in all areas of the Spa
- Guests are asked to arrive 15 minutes prior to appointment
- Appointment cancellations or rescheduling must be made no later than 24 hours in advance
- If you arrive late to your appointment you may be asked to reschedule or be offered a shortened service, so we thank you in advance for your patience and understanding
- All children are not to be left unattended. The safety of everyone in the Spa is of the utmost importance

He brings over 26 years’ experience as an educator and color specialist for hair fashion icons like MATRIX, WELLA, and GOLDWELL CANADA. Ivo’s color and style creations have graced runways and stages across Canada, the US and around the world.
Ivo has left his mark in the hair fashion industry as the respected expert that other stylists turn to. He continues to teach and mentor renowned hair fashion artists in the art of perfect color and style. Ivo is currently educating for GOLDWELL CANADA.
